Tips for ROUNDED SHOULDERS or upper BACK PAIN

Rounded shoulders and back pain are two common things I see and hear about in women! Whether you are working or desk job or taking after toddlers, life just seems to "weigh us down" sometimes and our physique will start to show it if we don't do something about it! 

Here are TWO poses I have found to be really helpful for rounded shoulders and upper back pain! 

These are the yoga poses called cactus and eagle. 

For the cactus pose, focus on sitting up straight and bringing your shoulder blades together. 

For the eagle pose, simple cross your arms at the elbows, and twist your forearms as you are able. Make sure to re-do this, switching which arm is on top!
