Quitting Candy Week One





I'm deciding to take the plunge and quit candy. Well...all obvious sugars really.  As I stated here my love of sugar is sliding out of control.

I am aware that hidden sugars are found in a lot of food, but my goal here is to just take a small step and eliminate three things: pop (or soda for you readers down south), candy, and dessert.

With that in mind I'm going to start on Friday! I've set my self up for success in two ways:

The first way is by sharing my goal with all of you. I'm committing to one week for now. (Like I said, I'm being moderate!) 

The second way I'm setting myself up for success is by creating a plan. I'm sharing it with you now, and heading over to shop for all my ingredients as SOON as I push PUBLISH! 

As I make these recipes, I'll share some with you here on this blog.
